I think what he's trying to say is that the speedrun should end right when the point is captured, not when it ends because 2nd on the leader board, the guy ends his time when the point is captured.
Overwatch 2
With Overwatch 2 finally going live, this means that our Overwatch 1 leaderboards are all pretty much legacied. All new speedruns should now be submitted to the Overwatch 2 leaderboards, here:
