Run starts at 40 seconds into video. Saved most of my time by drowning faster by spamming take a breath button under water on my 2nd torture. Still save another 5 -10 secs on this mission. You can get through the first water bucket torture faster by taking your first breath asap and getting your screen red from almost drowning on your 3rd or 4th breath. triggers the end of the first torture a tiny bit faster for some reason.
