okay so... I found something I've been researching (still researching) :). To reach it it's something to do with using negative numbers and I've found abusing the the D-pad function toggling left play the song of soaring close menu open toggle left and repeat for I don't know how long but as far I can tell it does have a different warp out come i'm still working on it
I did it & here's how to do it (on switch only)
once you have zora link to the witch shop go to the culling zone there throw the boomerangs (I think that's what it's called) drop a bomb as soon as it starts to come back play song of soaring with R until it crashes (Remember to create suspend points between songs) and move through the culling area area ( basically and then walk through the until the bomb explodes) then continue until it for how ever long I don't know but if you do it right eventually it should work I don't know how
