This run is overshadowed by the fact that the game had a MASSIVE random stuttering / frame drop to 2 frames per second (!) which cost me around 10 seconds, which I had zero control over. For this, see timestamp 18:20 In situations like these I wish there was a kind of way to somehow retime this as the in-game time still "works", but I guess that's just how speedrunning an old PC game (sometimes) is like.

Major time save to still include: Follow That Car! skip. Sum of best is already well into the 23 minute mark, even without that, so this is definitely doable. But as of now, I think I'm done with this category, even though this frame drop diminishes the quality of the run so much and leaves a nagging feeling.
