Ive tried running it 3 times but mostly ended up with the world being 20% destroyed, got any tips on how to do this faster PS, my hand does in fact hurt

spawn near the edge of the map next to water, jump down, break gravel (Under the water) break stone & dirt, rush to a tree break a leaves, break a log, and if you pass any ores on the way, break those, if not, dig into the ground & hopefully get a good run, if you got bad rng with ores then restart

If you're talking about the meme run, it's worth mentioning that a relatively flat world consists of ~450k blocks. If you're able to break blocks at an average of 5 bps (which might even be a bit high, considering you have to move around and keep going for the duration of the run) that'll take you roughly 25 hours.
