If your run is sub 13 (for 1.16) you need game audio and that’s its. If you run is slower than that you don’t need any audio

I have a question can I use optifine for speedrunning 1.16.5 rsg. If not I can use fabricsodium but it has a huge fog problem I cant see more than 5 chunks in nether. What should I do?

Question. For the submission of attempts it says you aren't allowed to use Twitch Vods for the videos. What if you are streaming and get a great seed how are you supposed to upload the video?
