Heya! I really don't like this time.. but I really wanted to try this route that I came up with where I don't break the garrison. I think it's an interesting route because it's more in the Minimum-Days category of playing homm. The reason for this not being fast is probably in part to me not being especially fast with my clicks and all the trading and all the handling of heroes takes a lot of time. Also the computer still has some good time to spread out.

The AIs mechanic where they always will attack a town (or just idle until they lose) is really useful for the more typical speedrun tactics, where you let the creatures farm up for a few weeks.
