Pretty meh run. I finally implemented the 1:15 quick load time save in The Institute. Also found out that you can sit in the chair at the end when Jean interrupts herself to start the "sit down" dialogue. You don't actually have to wait for her to ask you and for the light in the lighthouse to be turned on. This saves around 5 to 6 seconds.

Will improve the run once Doodletones beats me :D
