To get the Black Widow, usually you have to get it across several web bridges with completely random chances to fail. Luckily, there's a way to complete it as fast as possible with 100% consistency: If you start the minigame, then spam left click in the direction of the end of the path then back out of the game, for whatever reason, the spider continues moving off-screen and can't get reset. After a few seconds, it falls off the web and you can grab it. In addition to this, the spider falls off regardless of the player's inputs outside the game, so you can go and grab other items or complete some of another objective in the meantime.
