There is an Arch-Vile on this map, which can resurrect enemies and mess up the kill count on Unity. However, I took extra caution to make sure that the Arch-Vile could not resurrect any enemies: The Arch-Vile can only move in the cave it spawned in and the front courtyard. It cannot go into any of the rooms adjacent to the front courtyard, and no enemies died inside the courtyard or on any place accessible to the Arch-Vile until after it was in clear sight and killed. Since there were no Arch-Vile respawns, the 100% kill count is truly all kills.
