Basically after you tell piero you wanna go to bed. You spam jump. To do this most runners have a logitech g502or any other mouse with free scroll and bind jump to either up or down. Alternatively you can use a macro I believe to jump but just for that one trick.

Also to bind jump to either up/down on the mwheel you need to edit the ini files. There is a tutorial in the guides section.

You don't necessarily need auto scroll. I just scroll up with both hands really fast and it works consistently :)
