When I tab out of Celeste the game minimises, is it alright to tab out between levels to make sure OBS is still recording?

tabbing out between chapters is fine (world record does it to read chat), just try not to take breaks that are too long.

kinda of a dumb question, but like, what is considered a long break? (I dont even do breaks, but want to know the """"acceptable times"""" Is too much, like 5 mins? Or like 15?
