A little time lost while gunning Bloch in the boss fight. 6:38 (best I could do with savestates) looks like the human cap for this level unless you get the rare Bloch flips-and-lands-upright-behind-you trick that saves ~1 second, and/or maybe fire a yolo rocket at one of the other flashing targets while waiting for the first one to connect.
