Well, travelling from world to world is an annoyance in a speedrun, but you will need to do just that to ride all the gondola lifts
So minimizing that is the best you could do
I mean, I assume you are counting in the gondolas? Because the 100% you have described is literally the equivalent of saying "I'll get all of the emblems of pages 4 and 5 in the Gallery, minus the gondola emblem. Fuck gondola cabins"
