I tried setting some of the Platforms for Gameboy Color, but it always gives me the error: "Could Not Load GBC Bios Gamebatte-Speedrun requires a GBC bios for the selected platform. Please specify the location of such a file". Do I need a different ROM if so someone link me it

You need a bios with the emulator, search bios Gameboy on google and download the one on emuparadise, I download mine there.
