Do Colosseum and XD go by in game time, or do they go by real time like the rest of the Pokemon games?

Also, if I reset it I get a bad second starter, would that invalidate my run, since IGT rules work that way.

Timing starts on the first input on confirming New Game and ends on the first full black frame after last textbox before outro/save.

IGT is gone for quite some time now. RTA is used.

You have to decide by yourself if you want to run a starter or not. So you could run a bad one too but it would be way slower.

since the timing method is changed to RT now, it doesn't matter if you reset
