Get Low's Pokemon Stadium Cup Notes (Frequently Updated)

By GetLowGetLow. Last updated

With the addition of individual cups on the leaderboard, I'm going to post my notes for them in this guide as I route/play through them. As of the time I'm first posting this guide I only have two Cups routed (which will almost certainly go through continuous edits), but there will be more to come. I plan on routing through all of the cups in Round 1, and possibly some of Round 2. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. You can find me in the Pokemon Stadium Channel in the Pokemon Speedrunning Discord.

Petit Cup R1

Notes: Fire Blast

Lad: Pidgey, Rattata, Ditto, Bulbasaur, Ekans, Zubat
Team: Charmander, Shellder, Sandshrew (B, A, CL)
Notes: Fire Blast all. Ditto is a 12.8% chance, the rest are guaranteed OHKOs. If wrapped by Ekans, switch to Shellder and explode. Also do this to Ditto (on transformed Charmander) if Fire Blast missed.

Nerd: Geodude, Gastly, Voltorb, Shellder, Koffing, Exeggcute
Team: Geodude, Shellder, Gastly (CU, A, CD)
Notes: Dig against Dudegeo and Gastly, Explode on others. Send out Shellder next. If you can kill with Ice Beam, do it, otherwise explode again and clean with Gastly. If trapped by Dershell, switch to Gastly and Thunder.

Sailor: Krabby, Horsea, Magikarp, Machop, Goldeen, Spearow
Team: Gastly, Shellder, Sandshrew (CD, A, CL)
Notes: Mega Drain Magikarp, Thunder others. Machop is a 2-hit.

Jr. F: Cubone, Growlithe, Meowth, Abra, Poliwag, Jigglypuff
Team: Sandshrew, Gastly, Horsea (CL, CD, CR)
Notes: Dig against Growlithe, Slash others. If Poliwag shows, switch to Gastly and Thunder. If Growlithe shows while Gastly is out, switch to Horsea and Bubblebeam (Use Swift if Growlithe is underground. Horsea outspeeds.)

Jr. M: Diglett, Magnemite, Farfetch'd, Zubat, Charmander, Squirtle
Team: Sandshrew, Gastly, Horsea (CL, CD, CR)
Notes: Rock Slide flying types, Slash others (Just use Slash if growled by Diglett, as crits ignore stat loss). If Squirtle shows, switch to Gastly and Thunder. If Diglett shows while Gastly is out, switch back to Sandshrew; otherwise, finish the fight with Gastly. Crit-Slash is 22-26 on Farfetch'd.

Lass: Kabuto, Pikachu, Vulpix, Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Eevee
Team: Sandshrew, Gastly, Shellder (CL, CD, A)
Notes: Slash all. If Kabuto shows, switch to Gastly and Thunder. If Vulpix shows while Gastly is out, switch to Shellder and Explode (Vulpix outspeeds); otherwise, finish the fight with Gastly.

Pokemaniac: Nidoran M, Nidoran F, Dratini, Sandshrew, Psyduck, Omanyte
Team: Gastly, Shellder, Horsea (CD, A, CR)
Notes: Thunder Nidos and Psyduck, Giga Drain Omanyte. Psyduck is an OHKO, the other three are 2HKOs. Switch to Shellder if Sandshrew shows, Ice Beam, then explode on next (also explode right away if he switches to Psyduck). If Dratini shows while Gastly is out, Night Shade until you get KO'd, then send out Horsea and Ice Beam.

Petit Cup R2
~~~Team: Charmander, Sandshrew, Shellder, Gastly, Voltorb, Horsea
Bug Boy: Magikarp, Caterpie, Ekans, Oddish, Bellsprout, Exeggcute
Team: Charmander, Gastly, Horsea (B, A, CR)
Notes: Fire Blast. Switch to Gastly and Thunder if Magikarp shows, then switch back to Charmander if a grass-type shows. Otherwise, finish the fight with Gastly. (Mega Punch: Ekans 17-21, Oddish 16-19, Bellsprout 19-23, Exeggcute 12-15)
Lad: Pidgey, Weedle, Ditto, Bulbasaur, Paras, Zubat
Team: Charmander, Shellder, Gastly (B, CU, A)
Notes: Fire Blast all. (Mega Punch: Pidgey 18-22, Transformed Ditto [Charmander] 17-20, Bulbasaur 16-19, Zubat 19-23)
VS. Ditto: 1.) If Fire Blast hits but doesn't crit, switch to Shellder, explode, then send Charmander back out. 2.) If Fire Blast crits, stay in and Mega Punch. 3.) If Fire Blast misses, switch to Gastly and Thunder. From here, Thunder flying-types, switch back to Charmander on Weedle/Bulbasaur, and/or switch to Shellder on Paras and Ice Beam.
Sailor: Krabby, Horsea, Rattata, Shellder, Machop, Nidoran
Team: Gastly, Voltorb, Horsea (A, CD, CR)
Notes: Thunder all. If Rattata goes underground, switch to Horsea and Bubblebeam. Switch back to Gastly after Rattata is KO'd. (VS. Horsea: Gastly Thunder 64.1% chance, Voltorb Thunder 82.1% chance)
Nerd: Geodude, Gastly, Voltorb, Shellder, Koffing, Exeggcute
Team: Horsea, Gastly, Sandshrew (CR, A, CL)
Notes: Geodude lead – Ice Beam (will probably switch), then follow lead notes for what he sends out next.
Voltorb lead – Switch to Sandshrew, then switch to Gastly as it explodes.
Koffing lead – Smokescreen first, then switch to Sandshrew (Horsea may die to Thunder). From here, use Dig until Koffing dies/explodes (Can try to read an explosion at any point and switch to Gastly, but this is risky because Koffing's move patterns are unpredictable).
Gastly, Shellder or Exeggcute lead – Switch to Gastly, as explosion is coming.
While Gastly is out after first Pokemon has exploded:
Geodude second – Giga Drain. If it immediately switches, follow "second" notes for what he sends out next.
Voltorb second – Switch to Sandshrew, then switch back to Gastly as it explodes.
Shellder second – Thunder
Koffing second – Switch to Sandshrew and Dig.
Gastly or Exeggcute second – Switch to Horsea, then switch back to Gastly as it explodes.
Switch to Sandshrew if last is Voltorb/Koffing; otherwise, clean with Gastly (use Thunder in Gastly mirror).
Jr F: Goldeen, Spearow, Squirtle, Nidoran, Poliwag, Jigglypuff
Team: Voltorb, Horsea, Gastly (CD, CR, A)
Notes: Thunder all. If Squirtle goes underground, switch to Horsea to take the hit. From here, if Voltorb's Thunder hit but the range was missed, finish with Swift; if Voltorb's Thunder missed, switch to Gastly and Thunder. Voltorb/Gastly Thunder is an 84.6% chance on Squirtle.
If Horsea finishes Squirtle, switch to Voltorb on Spearow/Jigglypuff, or Gastly on anything else. (Voltorb Take Down: Nidoran 13-16, Jigglypuff 20-24)
Jr M: Clefairy, Magnemite, Abra, Cubone, Growlithe, Charmander
Team: Shellder, Voltorb, Sandshrew (CU, CD, CL)
Notes: Magnemite lead – Switch to Sandshrew and Dig.
Cubone lead – Clamp. If Cubone kills Shellder with 8 health or less, go to Voltorb and finish with Take Down; if 9 health or more, go to Sandshrew and use Dig.
Clefairy, Abra, Growlithe or Charmander lead – Explode, then go to Voltorb and clean if necessary.
Always switch to Sandshrew if Magnemite shows. If Voltorb vs. full-health Clefairy, Abra, Growlithe or Charmander, T-Wave first, then go for Thunder (Take Down on Abra). If Sandshrew vs. paralyzed Pokemon, use Dig. Never use Dig against Growlithe/Charmander unless they are paralyzed.
While Sandshrew is out after Magnemite is dead on Magnemite leads: Switch back to Shellder on Clefairy and explode (speed tie). Switch to Voltorb on Abra and T-Wave, then switch to Shellder and Explode. Use Dig on Cubone, then clean with Shellder if Sandshrew dies. Use Rock Slide on Growlithe/Charmander, then finish with Voltorb.
Shellder Clamp is 20-24 per hit on Cubone (safer just to explode on Growlithe/Charmander).
Voltorb Take Down: Clefairy 14-17, Abra 22-27, Cubone 8-10, Growlithe 15-18, Charmander 12-15.
Sandshrew crit-Slash: Clefairy 33-39, Abra 54~, Cubone 18-22, Growlithe 34-41, Charmander 28-34.
Dig: Clefairy 33-39 (better option than Slash due to speed tie), Cubone 22-27, Charmander 66-78.
Rock Slide: Growlithe 42-50, Charmander 34-40.
Lass: Kabuto, Pikachu, Vulpix, Diglett, Meowth, Eevee
Team: Gastly, Sandshrew, Shellder (A, CL, CU)
Notes: Giga Drain Kabuto, Thunder Meowth, Night Shade Eevee, switch to Sandshrew and Slash on Pikachu/Vulpix (can't use Dig due to potential Kabuto switch), switch to Shellder and explode on Diglett. Always switch back to Gastly if Kabuto shows. If Meowth shows while Sandshrew is out and Shellder is still alive at full health, switch to Shellder, explode, then clean with Gastly. Eevee can't damage Gastly, but takes a long time to kill; so if it's last, try to finish with Sandshrew and/or Shellder.
PKMNIAC: Omanyte, Farfetch'd, Dratini, Sandshrew, Psyduck, Voltorb
Team: Voltorb, Shellder, Horsea (CD, CU, CR)
Notes: Dratini lead – T-Wave, switch to Shellder, explode, then send Voltorb back out.
Voltorb lead – T-Wave, use Take Down until your Voltorb is dead, then finish with Shellder (Ice Beam 17-21, Clamp 11-13 per.
Sandshrew lead – Switch to Shellder and explode. If he switched Sandshrew out, send Voltorb back out; if he didn't switch Sandshrew out, send out Horsea.
Omanyte, Farfetch'd or Psyduck lead – Thunder. If he switches, follow "lead" notes for whichever Pokemon he sends out. (Thunder is a 71.8% chance on Farfetch'd. Omanyte Surf is a 38.5% chance on Voltorb.)
Earthquake is a 42.1% chance to 2HKO Shellder. If Sandshrew kills Shellder, send out Horsea and Bubblebeam.
If Horsea last against full health non-paralyzed Omanyte, Dratini, Psyduck or Voltorb, use Smokescreen any number of times, then go for Ice Beam. Go right for Ice Beam on Farfetch'd.
Voltorb Take Down: Omanyte 4-5, Farfetch'd 13-16, Dratini 11-14, Sandshrew 10-12, Psyduck 14-17, Voltorb 14-17
Horsea Bubblebeam: Omanyte 15-18, Sandshrew 63~ Psyduck 12-15, Voltorb 24-28
Ice Beam: Omanyte 7-8, Farfetch'd 44-52, Dratini 37-44, Sandshrew 30-36, Psyduck 11-14, Voltorb 22-27
Pika Cup R1
~~~Team: Raichu, Nidoking, Kadabra, Starmie, Gyarados, Lapras
Bug Boy: Nidorina, Ekans, Venonat, Butterfree, Kakuna, Paras
Team: Kadabra, Lapras, Nidoking (CU, CR, CL)
Notes: Psychic all. Butterfree is a 2-hit.

Lad: Pidgeotto, Farfetch'd, Bellsprout, Ivysaur, Zubat, Geodude
Team: Lapras, Kadabra, Starmie (CR, CU, A)
Notes: Ice Beam

Swimmer: Poliwhirl, Wartortle, Magikarp, Slowpoke, Staryu, Nidorino
Team: Starmie, Raichu, Kadabra (A, B, CU)
Notes: Bubblebeam Nidorino, Thunder others. Bubblebeam is a 92.1% chance to 2HKO Nidorino – If first Bubblebeam only did 22 (25 HP remaining), Thunder will have a better chance of killing. If put to sleep by Poliwhirl, switch to Raichu and Thunder.

Burgler: Ninetails, Growlithe, Sandshrew, Drowzee, Charmeleon, Vulpix
Team: Nidoking, Gyarados, Lapras (CL, CD, CR)
Notes: Bubblebeam Sandshrew, EQ others. If Nidoking dies or is going to die, send out Gyarados and Hydro Pump. Nidoking can survive Body Slam + Confusion. EQ is an 89.7% chance on Ninetails.

Mr. Fix: Voltorb, Magnemite, Porygon, Mankey, Kingler, Raichu
Team: Kadabra, Nidoking, Raichu (CU, CL, B )
Notes: Psychic all until Kadabra dies, then go to Nidoking and EQ all.

Hiker: Rhyhorn, Wigglytuff, Kadabra, Machop, Seadra, Gastly
Team: Kadabra, Starmie, Lapras (CU, A, CR)
Notes: Trainer always has Rhyhorn, Wigglytuff and Seadra. Psychic all. If Kadabra dies to Rhyhorn on Wiggytuff or Rhyhorn lead, go to Starmie. If Kadabra dies to Rhyhorn on Seadra lead, go to Lapras.
Thunder: 37-44 on Seadra, 28-34 on Wigglytuff. Bubblebeam: 7-9 on Seadra, 24-28 on Wigglytuff. Ice Beam is 34-40 on Wigglytuff.

Lass: Gyarados, Mr. Mime, Arcanine, Tentacruel, Dewgong, Meowth
Team: Raichu, Gyarados, Starmie (B, CD, A)
Notes: Thunder all, but T-Wave Gyarados first. If Raichu dies to Tenta without landing a Thunder, go to Starmie and Thunder; If Raichu dies to Tenta after landing a thunder, go to Gyarados and finish with Bite.
If Arcanine shows, go to Gyarados right away as it digs, and Hydro Pump (Arcanine outspeeds). If Tentacruel shows while Gyarados is out, use Bite until KO'd or Wrapped, then go to Raichu and Thunder (T-Wave first if Tenta is still at full health). If Raichu isn't at full health, go to Starmie instead (Raichu needs full health to survive Surf).
When Gyarados is out: If Gyaradette shows, switch back to Raichu and Thunder. If Dewgong shows, switch to Starmie and Thunder. Hydro Pump Mr. Mime and Meowth.

Fisher: Dragonair, Slowbro, Clefable, Tentacool, Raticate, Golduck
Team: Lapras, Raichu, Starmie (CR, B, A)
Notes: Ice Beam Dragonair/Raticate. Ice Beam is a 48.7% chance to OHKO Dragonair; if you miss the range, let Lapras die, send out Raichu, and finish with Seismic Toss. Otherwise, keep using Ice Beam until Lapras dies, then go to Raichu and Thunder. Starmie is backup.

Raichu Thunder: 71.8% chance on Slowbro, 26-31 on Clefable.
Starmie Thunder: 40-48 on Slowbro, 19-23 on Clefable, 34-40 on Tentacool, 40-48 on Golduck.
Bubblebeam: 8-10 on Slowbro, 16-19 on Clefable, 7-9 on Tentacool, 8-10 on Golduck.

Pika Cup R2
Note: Go for continues on the first four fights when possible, as the back half of the cup is exceedingly difficult.

~~~Team: Raichu, Nidoking, Arcanine, Chansey, Starmie, Lapras
Bug Boy: Butterfree, Ekans, Venonat, Scyther, Ivysaur, Farfetch'd
Team: Lapras, Starmie, Arcanine (CR, CD, CU)
Notes: Ice Beam
Lad: Tangela, Wartortle, Cubone, Poliwrath, Pidgeotto, Pinsir
Team: Starmie, Raichu, Chansey (CD, B, A)
Notes: Bubblebeam Cubone, Thunder others. Wartortle and Cubone are both 38.5% chance to OHKO; use Sub against Wartortle if it digs. Poliwrath is a 2-hit for Starmie and Raichu.
If Tangela shows, switch to Chansey and Counter (Body Slam). Chansey outspeeds Cubone.
Cubone EQ: Starmie 20-24, OHKO's Raichu, Chansey 66-78
Starmie Bubblebeam: Wartortle 9-11, Poliwrath 8-9, Pinsir 21-25 (Thunder is 24-29).
Swimmer: Fearow, Seadra, Kingler, Slowbro, Wigglytuff, Dewgong
Team: Raichu, Starmie, Chansey (B, CD, A)
Notes: Thunder all. If Seadra shows, switch to Starmie and Thunder.
Slowbro, Wigglytuff and Dewgong are 2-hits; Fearow is a 2.6% chance to OHKO.
Starmie Bubblebeam: Fearow 16-19, Seadra 7-8, Slowbro 7-9, Wigglytuff 22-27, Dewgong 7-9.
To Raichu: Kingler HP 28.2% chance, Slowbro EQ 41% chance.
Burglar: Ninetails, Onix, Tentacruel, Drowzee, Dugtrio, Nidoking
Team: Starmie, Lapras, Chansey (CD, CR, A)
Notes: Thunder Tentacruel, Bubblebeam others (sub first against Drowzee to avoid special drops). Ninetails outspeeds Starmie and usually goes for Dig, so Sub first if possible. Chansey outspeeds Drowzee.
Starmie vs. Drowzee: Thunder 18-22, Bubblebeam 15-18. BB is 6-7 on Tenta.
Hiker: Mr. Mime, Golduck, Exeggutor, Gengar, Lickitung, Raticate
Team: Arcanine, Starmie, Chansey (CU, CD, A)
Notes: Mr. Mime lead – Let Arcanine take T-wave, then switch to Starmie. Sub the T-waves, then go for thunders.
Golduck Lead – Switch to Starmie to take surf, then switch back to Arcanine. If it digs (instead of switching), switch back to Starmie to take the dig, then thunder.
Exeggutor lead – Let Arcanine die (Spam Double Team imo), go to Chansey, then use Counter (Egg Bomb).
Gengar Lead – Dig. After Arcanine dies from second psychic (or if Arcanine gets crit), go to Chansey and use T-bolt.
Lickitung Lead – Use Double Team any amount of times, use ember until you get a burn, then use Dig.
Raticate Lead – Use Double Team any amount of times, use ember until you get a burn, then dig. Raticate outspeeds and uses Hyper Beam, which has a 74.4% chance to OHKO.
When Starmie is out: If Exeggutor shows, switch to Arcanine. If Gengar shows, switch to Chansey. If Raticate shows, go for a Thunder (Double-Edge will do 33-39), let Starmie die, then go to Arcanine. Chansey is one-shot by Double-Edge.
Hiker is prone to switching a lot, which is good if he leads with a lvl 15, because you want to know which lvl 20 he has ASAP. Generally you want to finish off the lvl 20 Poke first, do as much as you can with Chansey, then have Starmie clean at the end with Thunder.
Starmie Bubblebeam: Mr. Mime 14-16, Golduck 8-9, Exeggcutor 5-6, Gengar 10-12, Lickitung 19-22, Raticate 17-21.
Mr. Fix: Electrode, Muk, Porygon, Charmeleon, Lapras, Raichu
Team: Nidoking, Starmie, Chansey (CL, CD, A)
Notes: Electrode/Muk Lead – Switch to Chansey right away to potentially take an explosion. If Chansey dies, go to Starmie. If he switches to Porygon, go for one Tbolt, then switch to Starmie. If he switches to Lapras, switch to Starmie and Thunder. If Muk stays in, go for Counter.
Charmeleon Lead – Take a Dragon Rage, Earthquake (2.6% chance), let Nidoking die if it didn't kill, then go to Starmie and Bubblebeam.
Lapras Lead – Switch to Starmie and Thunder.
Raichu Lead – Take a Surf, Earthquake (66.7% chance), let Nidoking die if it didn't kill, then go to Chansey and Bubblebeam.
Starmie vs. Porygon: Use Substitutes to take Twave + one Psychic, then Thunder. If Starmie gets special dropped, switch to Chansey then switch back to Starmie.
Full health Starmie can tank one Tbolt from Electrode, but is one-shot by Raichu.
If Chansey vs. Muk and Muk is last, use Counter, as Body Slam is coming.
Lapras and Raichu can both potentially use Double-Edge on Chansey before it is in kill range, but Counter is risky due to the likelihood that they will just use Blizzard/Tbolt. Go for Counter if desperate imo, otherwise use Tbolt/Bubblebeam.
Nidoking outspeeds Lapras. Double-Kick will do 22-28. Starmie Bubblebeam: Electrode 16-19, Muk 19-22, Porygon 14-16, Charmeleon 33-39, Lapras 7-8.
Lass: Gyarados, Cloyster, Arcanine, Rhydon, Jynx, Clefable
Team: Raichu, Starmie, Chansey (B, CD, A)
Notes: Gyarados Lead – T-wave first, then Thunder. Gyarados outspeeds and will usually use Dragon Rage, but there is a chance it will use Double-Edge, which has a 74.4% chance to OHKO. If Raichu dies to this, go to Starmie and Thunder. If it doesn't crit or paralyze, you lose. If Raichu dies after T-Wave without landing a Thunder, go to Starmie and Thunder. If Raichu dies to Gyarados after landing a Thunder (56.4% chance), go to Chansey a T-bolt. If Raichu kills Gyarados, keep Thundering (or Seismic Toss if Rhydon) until Raichu dies.
Lvl 15 Lead – T-wave, as she'll likely switch to Arcanine. If she does, Seismic Toss twice, then go for Thunder (21-25) if Raichu is still alive. If Arcanine kills Raichu, go to Starmie and Bubblebeam.
If lead doesn't switch, then she has Gyarados in the back. Go for Thunder on Cloyster if it didn't explode; otherwise, if Raichu dies, go to Starmie.
After Gyarados/Arcanine dies, Bubblebeam Rhydon (Chansey outspeeds) and Thunder/T-bolt others.
Starmie Bubblebeam: Gyarados 5-6, Cloyster 7-9, Arcanine 25-30, Jynx 15-18, Clefable 15-18.
Fisher: Dragonair, Kangaskhan, Golem, Alakazam, Machamp, Starmie
Team: Starmie, Raichu, Lapras (CD, B, CR)
Notes: Thunder Tarmish, Bubblebeam Kangaskhan/Machamp.
If Starmie KOs lead – Thunder Dragonair/Alakazam until dead, then go to Lapras and Ice Beam. If Alakazam isn't Paralyzed or frozen after first Ice Beam, you lose. Dargonair is a 2-hit to Ice Beam. If it lands Wrap on Lapras, switch to Raichu, T-Wave, then switch back to Lapras. Clean third Poke with Lapras/Raichu.
If Starmie dies to lead – Go to Raichu and finish off first Poke. If he sends out Dragonair, T-Wave, then switch to Lapras. If he sends out Alakazam, let Raichu die, then hope for Ice Beam freeze. Clean third Pokemon with Lapras/Raichu if possible.
If he switches to Alakazam and gets speed dropped by Bubblebeam on Machamp leads, use Sub, as T-Wave is coming, then Thunder.
Starmie Thunder: Dragonair 8-9 Kangaskhan 28-34, Alakazam 11-13, Machamp 22-26, Starmie 34-40
Starmie Bubblebeam: Dragonair 7-8, Kangaskhan 24-28, Alakazam 8-10, Machamp 19-22, Starmie 7-8.
Raichu Thunder: Dragonair 11-13, Kangaskhan 40-48, Alakazam 15-18, Machamp 30-36, Starmie 61.5% chance.
Lapras Ice Beam: Dragonair 38-45, Kangaskhan 33-39, Alakazam 12-15, Machamp 25-30, Starmie 9-11.
Prime Cup Master Ball R2
~~~Team: Graveler, Gengar, Electrode, Exeggutor, Starmie, Articuno
Cueball: Scyther, Ninetails, Cloyster, Jynx, Raticate, Fearow
Team: Electrode, Graveler, Starmie (CU, B, CD)
Notes: Thunder all. If full health Scyther, Raticate or Fearow kills Electrode, go to Graveler, Rock Slide flying-types, and/or EQ Raticate. Otherwise, go to Starmie when Electrode dies, Bubblebeam Ninetails, and/or Thunder others (finish with Bubblebeam when in kill range).

Electrode Thunder: Scyther 60% OHKO, Ninetails 100-118, Cloyster 226-266, Jynx 104-123, Raticate 158-186, Fearow 43.6% OHKO.
Electrode Swift: Scyther 28-34, Ninetails 29-35, Cloyster 16-19, Jynx 45-54, Raticate 34-41, Fearow 33-39.
Starmie Thunder: Scyther 231-272, Cloyster 175-206, Jynx 80-95, Raticate 121-143, Fearow 217-256.
Bubblebeam: Scyther 94-111, Ninetails 127-150, Cloyster 31-37, Jynx 66-78, Raticate 99-117, Fearow 89-105.
Graveler EQ is 140-165 on Raticate. Rock Slide OHKOs Scyther, 2-hit on Fearow.

Judoboy: Machamp, Pinsir, Hitmonlee, Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon
Team: Electrode, Gengar, Starmie (CU, CL, CD)
Notes: On turn 1, T-Wave Jolteon, Thunder others. Switch to Gengar on Pinsir/Hitmonlee turn 2 and kill with Night Shade, or else keep using Thunder on others until dead. Generally it's best to send out Starmie after Electrode dies except if Jolteon is out. Always attack Pinsir/Hitmonlee once and then switch to Gengar. If Gengar vs. Machamp at >100 HP, must use Hypnosis (Dream Eater is 199-234).

Electrode Thunder: Machamp 123-145, Pinsir 136-160, Hitmonlee 169-199, Flareon 91-108, Vaporeon 183-216, Jolteon 45-54.
Electrode Swift: Machamp 27-32, Pinsir 23-28, Hitmonlee 34-40, Flareon 33-39, Vaporeon 33-39, Jolteon 33-39.
Starmie Thunder: Machamp 96-113, Pinsir 105-124, Hitmonlee 131-154, Vaporeon 141-166
Bubblebeam: Machamp 79-93, Pinsir 86-102, Hitmonlee 107-126, Flareon 117-138, Vaporeon 29-34, Jolteon 58-69.

Gambler: Tauros, Rapidash, Dugtrio, Dragonite, Arbok, Nidoqueen
Team: Exeggutor, Articuno, Starmie (A, CR, CD)
Notes: Psychic all until dead, then go to Articuno and Ice Beam all until dead. Clean with Starmie. If Exeggutor dies to Dugtrio, go to Starmie instead.
Thunder: Tauros 96-113, Dragonite 91-107, Arbok 100-118
Bubblebeam: Tauros 79-93, Dragonite 37-43, Arbok 82-97

Rocket: Nidoking, Golem, Slowbro, Sandslash, Vaporeon, Weezing
Team: Exeggutor, Starmie, Gengar (A, CD, CL)
Notes:
Nidoking lead – Psychic
Golem lead – Switch to Gengar, as Explosion is coming.
Slowbro lead – Use Sleep Powder (to prevent Amnesia), then Solar Beam. If it uses Amnesia, go for Psychic instead to try and lower its special.
Sandslash lead – Switch to Starmie and BB.
Vaporeaon lead – Go for Psychic once as it will likely use Acid Armor, then switch to Starmie and Thunder.
Weezing lead – Switch to Gengar and Night Shade.

After the first turn, it's generally not a good idea to switch in this fight. Just do as much you can with whichever Poke you have out, then use common sense when deciding who to send out next. Must use Sleep Powder/Hypnosis against Slowbro when awake unless its in kill range. Exeggutor at full health can tank two hits from Sandslash/Golem and kill with Solarbeam, but will switch to Nidoking/Weezing if available. If Gengar last vs. ground type you must use Hypnosis, but if Exegg/Starmie still alive, it may be best to just get the Night Shade damage.

Psychic: Nidoking 245-288, Golem 146-172, Slowbro 58-69, Sandslash 146-172, Vaporeon 97-114, Weezing 224-264.
Solarbeam: Slowbro 311-366, Vaporeon 256-302.
Bubblebeam: Nidoking 149-176, Slowbro 36-42, Sandslash 180-212, Vaporeon 29-35, Weezing 69-82.
Thunder: Slowbro 177-208, Vaporeon 146-172, Weezing 85-100

Lab Man: Tentacruel, Ditto, Gengar, Rapidash, Kabutops, Electabuzz
Team: Exeggutor, Starmie, Graveler (A, CD, B )
Notes:
Tentacruel/Gengar lead – Psychic (2-hit)
Ditto lead – Switch to Graveler, then switch to Starmie to BB transformed Ditto-Graveler.
Rapidash lead – Switch to Starmie and BB
Kabutops – Go for Solarbeam. Sword Dance/Hyper Beam is a 71.8% chance to OHKO. If it does, go to Starmie and Thunder.
Electabuzz – Switch to Graveler and EQ.

It's generally safe to switch in this fight to get an advantageous matchup. Graveler EQ is a 2-hit against itself. EQ is 125-147 on Starmie.
Bubblebeam: Tentacruel 27-32, Gengar 51-61, Kabutops 79-93

Cool F: Venusaur, Victreebel, Lapras, Electrode, Alakazam, Snorlax
Team: Electrode, Exeggutor, Articuno (CU, A, CR)
Notes: Thunder Lapras, T-Wave/Thunder Electrode, switch to Articuno on Venusaur/Victreebel and Ice Beam, switch to Exeggutor on Alakazam/Snorlax and use Sleep Powder/Psychic. If unable to finish opponent's Electrode with yours, go to Exeggutor and finish with Psychic. Snorlax will Rest if Sleep Powder misses at low health. If Alakazam kills Exeggutor, go to Electrode and T-Wave/Thunder. If grass Poke is last and Electrode is out, go for T-Wave (can also use Flash any number of times) before switching to Articuno.
--Thunder: Lapras 204-240, Electrode 56-66, Alakazam 81-96, Snorlax 130-153
Swift: Lapras 28-33, Electrode 29-35, Alakazam 39-47, Snorlax 31-37

BirdBoy: Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos, Charizard, Gyarados, Aerodactyl
Team: Electrode, Graveler, Starmie (CU, B, CD)
Notes: Switch to Graveler on Zapdos and Rock Slide, Thunder others. Starmie is backup. When Graveler is out and he switches to/sends out Gyarados, go back to Electrode; if he switches to/sends out anything else, go to Starmie. However, if Graveler kills Zapdos and he only has one Pokemon remaining, do whatever you can Graveler, then send out Electrode/Starmie.

Cool M: Mew, Starmie, Exeggutor, Tauros, Rhydon, Jolteon
Team: Exeggutor, Electrode, Articuno (A, CU, CR)
Notes: Trainer always has Mew. Trainer almost always switches to get an advantageous matchup. Try to figure out his team as quickly as possible, and make the best of your resources. Ideally you want Articuno vs. Mew for crit/freeze chance, but otherwise go for Sleep Powder/T-Wave on Mew. Not worth sending out Electrode if he has Rhydon unless you're trying to bait. Make sure to have your Exegg out if you think his is going to explode.

Psychic: Mew 49-58, Starmie 49-58, Exeggutor 42-50, Tauros 125-148, Rhydon 161-190, Jolteon 92-109.
Solarbeam: Mew 132-156, Starmie 7.7% chance, Exeggutor 56-66, Tauros 168-198, Jolteon 123-145.
Thunder: Mew 97-114, Starmie 194-228, Exeggutor 41-48, Tauros 122-144, Jolteon 45-53.
Swift: Mew 23-28, Starmie 26-31, Exeggutor 26-31, Tauros 24-29, Rhydon 10-12, Jolteon 32-38.
Ice Beam: Mew 102-121, Starmie 51-60, Exeggutor 175-206, Tauros 130-153, Rhydon 333-392, Jolteon 97-114.
