After the 4th stage is completed its easier to get 1800, you can get it earlier its just very inconsistent. Enter Rocky Cave, hope Glaceon spawns
Grind for the 1800 power in Rocky Cave/Eternal Tower, finish the stage with Garchomp/Bidoof.
You can run through Advanced or use Advanced Rank A/S to possibly get some Night Shade pokemon, which is a very important move in the speedrun. The more pokemon you have with Night Shade (and are strong) the better.
Rank S Battle Royale with Shaymin
Enter EX From here you can do whatever you want, just make sure you Collect All 3 of the Lake Guardians and Complete all EX Battle Royales/Stages.
Grind in EX until you Collect all 3 of the Lake Guardians. Mespirit - Silent Forest and Windy Prarie Uxie - Bright Beach and Rocky Cave Azelf - Eternal Tower and Fiery Furnace
You want to grind in stages that have pokemon you need (duh).
Grinding for Uxie you want to prioritize Vaporeon over Glaceon, so you go to Bright Beach instead. If you have all 3-4 Vaporeons then go for Rocky Cave, but you want to make sure you have all 4 of your Vaporeons, they are a pain
Grinding for Mespirit you want to prioritize Silent Forest over Windy Prarie until you get Leafeon. The eeveelutions are important, rare, and annoying so if you need them, prioritize them.
Grinding for Azelf just go to whatever stages you don't have an eeveelution from/need more pokemon from. If you have one or the other/get one or the other while grinding for Azelf, go to the other stage.
Once you have all of the Lake Guardians, make sure you also have pokemon with Night Shade/Seismic Toss for the EX 3/4 Battle Royales.
Go back to Advanced/Normal and complete the rest of the Pokedex. Timing ends when the game congratulates you for collecting all of the pokemon.
