This wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. You just need to remember which weapon to choose and when to reset to use the checkpoints.

Major time losses: Mission 3: jack was running weird and the 2nd rocket missed.

Mission 11: Had to reset twice and then the door skip didn't work until my fourth try then at maihem I forgot to save more plasma gun shots by overusing it.

Mission 13: zhang li decided to throw 2 pillars instead of 1 then recover his health. (I also could have ruined the run by glitching off of the map but I didn't die)
