im getting an error message saying "unable to load manifest file 'scripts/game_sounds_manifest.txt'" pls help!!

change Speedrun Mod/gameinfo.txt from having:
|gameinfo_path|../../common/Portal 2/portal2 to E:/.......portal2 where the dots are the path to p2
replace the E with your drive where your portal 2 is
