after level 35 move your left hand to the arrow keys (or whatever keys you use to move). before you move them onto the keys you want to set up the unlimited wall jump (uwj). when that´s done, spam up with whatever hand your most comftorable with (i personally use my right hand), when you are spaming up, time your down presses with your other hand for more accuracy for a ground pound cancel (gpc). If you did it right and are spamming up, you should clip through the red hash marks and up to the flag. this clip saves up to around 25 seconds so its important that you learn it for top level speedrunning. -Airplan
