Due to community vote the following are now in effect

- "Any% - Insane Difficulty" has been renamed to "Insane" and is now a main category

- "Glitchless S+Q" is merged with "Glitchless" as a sub-category

- Skipping the guy that closes the door behind you when entering the 3rd floor is now allowed in No Major Glitches
