Bug on lvl 13?

In the first part I play lvl 13 without lag, and as you can see when I teleport through the wall I end up in the flames; meaning I will have to jump and can't teleport again before landing, losing time.

In the second part I play with lag, and when teleporting through the wall I stay alive (I think it's caused by missing a frame or something and getting one frame of movement, getting the mage safely out of the fire). However since the ingame timer also goes slower when playing with lag, this is a significant time save...

So what's the stance on this? I'm not sure if playing with lag is forbidden, but considering this bug might be only available there (I'm not sure what causes it, but I can replicate it with near 100% rate when playing with lag and can't get it at all on a faster), I'm pretty sure only runs that don't exploit this should be valid.

I can add no intentionally lagging the game to the rules, which would invalidate this. Thoughts?
