once back in the Forest move to Dragas tent (down-right on the screen; Memory 2)

Day 2 Ludimir:

Go to the big bird statue in the middle (left from the door ludimir wants to go throu; Memory 3)
Right after the door in the passage right wall hugging (THERE IS A MOVABLE BLOCK; Memory 4)
after cipher fight go to the lower level open the P-Seal Door (Memory 5)
move on and unlock the P-Seal Door to the crypt
rush to the crypt maybe heal yourself if needed (only befor the cipher fight)

in the sewers right befor the temple first left (Memory 6)

fight Indrik (WATCH OUT FOR THE TERRAFORMING)

rush throu the temple ignore the soldiers
in the passage after the ignored soldiers grab the bomb throw against the left (crumbling) wall gets (Memory 7)
use traps to fast fight the ciphers
after cipher battle in the passage grab the bomb throw against the left (crumbling) wall  gets (Memory 8)
stay with the lower fault

Day 5 Ludimir:

befor torture room dont jump up go straight and then right throu the P-Seal Door (Memory 9; also skips video in the torture room)
same passage from Day 1(climbing for the memory) enter the R-Seal Door (Memory 10)
Kill Ratika
1st R-Seal Door in Rodentia (befor the fight where Ludimir stops the traps; Memory 11)
2nd R-Seal Door in Rodentia (Memory 12; use the trap to kill half of the Soldiers)
in the area with the video seq. hit the pillar to move to the left (Memory 13)
after learning the V-Seal first left door (Memory 14)

beat monsters and Voden 1 & 2
