this is a meme based on the nsmb meme thread. the rules are; no 5-4 skip no 556 (sorry fade) no triple jump propeller to get up to the exit in 1-3 no triple jump over lava pillar in 8-1 no bombless (LUL) no fly over bowser in 1 section of bowser in 8-C
No Big Skips would be a better name because none of these are technically glitches. Also, I would probably hate this just because of Section 1 Bowser.

Bombless is a glitch but the rest are just abusing the mechanics or playing really well.
none of these are glitches exept for bombless and maybe 5-4 skip. And putting no bombless as a rule is kinda stupid cuz no one wants to grind this category LUL
I think Twin Galaxies Rules would be a nice name for this category. Anything not within "the spirit of the game" is banned.
“Not within spirit of the game” - well whats in the spirit of the game? We aren’t cheating or anything. The only actual glitch is bombless. All of the tricks we do are just knowing how the mechanics work and using that to our advantage. Then for 5-4 skip we use a platform that the developers put in for the enemies to fall from. It’s impossible to get hit when off-screen because that’s how the game works. For the airship skips its just really simple propeller jumps that the developers probably knew were possible and didn’t care to take them out. My point is that glitchless isn’t for the nsmb series as there are literally 2 glitches. Bombless and burner clip. Both of them are only necessary if you’re going for wr and one is luck, because burner clip at least has a set up and a way to consistently get it compared to bombless which is probably near-pixel and -frame perfect. I’m sick of emulator talk and glitchless talk because one is so repetitive and the other has many reasons for why the category shouldn’t exist. I have no intention of sounding rude or anything it’s just that these discussions are really annoying.

"no triple jump over lava pillar in 8-1" : Not a glitch, the lava pilar hitbox is permissive. "no bombless (LUL)" : Eventually if you want. "no fly over bowser in 1 section of bowser in 8-C" : Wait what ? Uhhhh not a glitch.
so if the category is Any% No Bombless (aka """""Glitchless""""" lmao) this category is useless because 90-95% of Any% runs on the main Leaderboard don't have the bombless trick (uuuhhh glitch sorry) except WR and maybe few other runs.
Fade, green and kaoskarl are the only people who have gotten it in a completed run. Fade and green for any% and kaoskarl for cannonless. (I feel like I’m missing someone)
