1-1: sure the same as low% 1-2: getting the star is better 1-3: using Yoshi is immensely easier than a shell jump 5-1: star powerup from block 5-2: sure same as low% 5-3: having powers against bramballs is useful since they are annoying 5F: by having a power like ice, that can let you damage boost and help you wall jump off the fortress's walls 5-4: Do I need to say more? 5GH: sure the same 8-1: Damage boost through lava geysers is different from low% 8-2: sure the same as low% 8-7: sure the same as low% 8A: Most people would enjoy powerups here 8C: Most people would enjoy powerups here So it is different from low%
So the only powerup is mushroom? Also what about other secondary powerups, like Penguin or the Ice and Fire Flowers? For categories to work, they have to be vastly different from each other. Also as soon as someone uses shell jump in the category and beats the time it's basically required to use it.
You can use other powerups Your_Pet_Dog except propeller. If this is to similar to powerups JackG then I don't know. I guess this category won't be a thing.
