Expect emu's like dolphin are accurate. They emulate load times properly

It doesn't emulate well at all. Sunshine doesn't allow runs under 1:35 on Emu and the Record is under 1:15 and it's a gamecube game. I don't think there are any emulators that emulate gc/wii games really well.

For this game. We won't be allowing emulators due to being inaccurate, loading times (because they depend on what emulator and how their written), we might allow them once they get accurate enough to properly emulate loading times & lag & sound the same as a real Wii

Why not add a any% Emulator and any% WII VC category instead of banning them ? Because i dont want to buy a wii just for one game i like and want to run it

If you care about getting a good time then you would have done it on allowed hardware

Wii U has a Wii emulator bulit-in (aka the wiiu is just a enchanced wii with a new ai and games). And you can get a disk for like 10 bucks

There's a load remover for Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy, a console game, that can be made into a generic load remover for all games, this one included. I hope to work with the developer of it once he's done with school.

Maybe once it's available the other platforms can be accepted since it can be applied to videos retroactively.

So just to clarify, if I put the disc in the Wii U and then go to that Wii Menu, that is okay?

If you use the actual disc (the one that works in the Wii) it is fine.

I think emulator runs are banned because of the risk of someone getting a new world record using a inaccurate emulator. But c`mon dude JUST ADD A EMULATOR CATEGORY ALREADY. sorry for the aggression but really when they get more accurate to a Wii/WiiU maybe the moderatators will allow them. Edit: I originally said "JUST ADD A EMULATOR CATEGORY ALREADY!" because i thought everyone would understand that it was some sort of joke by saying at the end that i'm aware that emulator is banned with the words "but really when they get more accurate to a Wii/WiiU the moderators will allow them." so yeah i cleared that out of the way for anyone who didn't understand what i was trying to say. Yes i'm aware of the controversy which involved me but let's just move on now and forget the past.
