All Worlds: A mix of cannonless and All Levels

- No restrictions other than cheating
- Timing is same as any%

Seems a tad redundant considering it would be very close to all levels

You could take in-world secret exits though.
Could be somewhat interesting.

But for the reasons Tedder said above, this would not be a great fit to the main board.
