Hello I'm a new World 1 runner and I have a question. Can I actually use every secret way and if yes, does it even save time? I mean the sw in the tower. It's much easier but slower i think.

if you're talking about the world 1 RTA, yes the secret is a tiny bit faster, only by a second or 2.

im new to speedrunning this aswell, i got 5:06:57 last month, any improvements i can make cause i lost lives over and over and over again

practice
