No. if you want to stick to your SNES you have to play the all-stars version. if you have no official way of playing the game then play it with the FCEUX or Nestopia emulator on PC. You don't need a powerful PC to run them or anything.
The PS Vita had an official PSP mode but Adrenaline lets you run a custom PSP firmware which lets me play Parappa on my Vita. Would this count as emulator?

Is rebinding jump to scroll wheel be allowed? If so it would be pretty meta cuz with scroll wheel you can get around 10 jump inputs per second making speed storages a lot easier.
Usually to make autosplitters you have to use Cheat Engine which is obviously against Roblox ToS.
As some may know a source port of SM64 was made for PC using SM64's source code. Could this possibly be allowed? Since it's not a remake and it's not emulation.
