I livestreamed the run yesterday, (sorry for the resolution) no tweaks no glitches, I calculated the time from the first cutscene skip up to the timer in the end in real time which is 3 hours 8minutes and 26 seconds

Mod edit: Timing ends once you finish shooting the last guardian. Time adjusted to 3:08:10 accordingly.
