Walk up to the right-hand side of the River panel. Change to 80 FOV. Line up as in the picture:

• The bottom-right corner of your crosshair covers the rock which peeks out from the 25 dots building (red)
• The distance from the top of the bush to the point of the crosshair should be the same as the distance from the bottom of the black wall to the other point of the crosshair (blue)
• The lower right-hand point of the crosshair (lower two blue lines) should be horizontally centered in the curve of the bush. Next, hold left (and sprint, it's a speedrun) until you are pushed against the left-hand side of the mountaintop. Now, you should double left-click to start the redirect panel. If you don't start the redirect, you can attempt to search around with your cursor, but I prefer to attempt the lineup again. To solve the redirect panel for mountaintop, push up/left, then bottom/right and try to get the right angle. If you fail, right click and quickly double-click again (to avoid messing up your angle).
