There are 2 hidden speed boost pads at the beginning of this level on the right hand side. You can only tell you hit them because of the noise they make. Because you have more speed than you're supposed to by the group of 4 jump pads at the 19 second mark you actually miss the 3rd pad and have to move far enough right to hit the platform and quickly move left to shuffle across the gap.
