Okay, so this has a board now. ^^ I presume that it's better to get the last emblems in Lush Meadow and Shogun Stronghold (Retry Abuse) instead of doing Oceanside Cave. Other than that, this should be optimal. The run was pretty good for my standards. Can get Sub 20 if really optimized.
