If you go really slow I would use a program like vdub to get the estimated frame count and get the closest 8-X. Like if you got an 8-C last room and got 0:47.764 vdub timing you can look on the spreadsheet and see the time is actually 0:47.755
Correct. If you time the video, you should be able to tell pretty easily which iteration you have of 8-X.
