Doing all the levels to world crown need 243 stars and for the main game, you need 170 stars to go to The Great Tower of Bowser Land! I dont think it would work
The furthest you can play in the game without collecting stars is 7-7, and you can't even beat all the levels up to 7-7 because there are a handful that need stars to be collected to unlock. IL-based categories also aren't high on the list of possible categories. Also, please do not recommend category extensions on this board, put them on the category extension forum.
