It is tested on 3 computers, but not guaranteed to work on every system. If you open up the file in Notepad, and go to the init block you will see 5 settings you can change - PauseWhenLoad, SplitCheckPoints, SplitWaves, OnlyDoAutoStart and SplitInteadOnGameEndScoreboard - they are all false by default, but if you want them on just set them equal to true.

Known issue, PauseWhenLoad doesnt always work, even though it returns the right value??

Any% runners will have to split it by themselves in the last chapter.
