i thought of this when seeing low% this category you have to kill bowser with the mini mushroom to make the category more easy you can beat every level in the any% route except 8-castle then get mini mushroom and beat bowser i say that this could be a meme category also im doing a run of this maybe tomorrow or the next day :) if yall do a run that will be greatly appreciated :)
I think steve gaming's idea of crouching and no powerups is a better lower%. But if you are set on your idea then I think just starting from a completed file and using a mini mushoom is better
Glowy thats not possible cuz 1-3. Also i dont really like the idea of basically having a category thats any% until the final level. Doesnt really seem that interesting. You can still do a run of it but i doubt it will be added due to how skmilar it is to any%.
To be:

Beat all the game liek in a any% except the final level without powerups. You need to be all the levels like in a classic any%, to be THE MINIMUM NUMBER POSSIBLE OF LEVELS, that are EXACTLY 15 LEVELS: {1-1,1-2,1-3(warp),1-cannon,5-1,5-2/3(or2or3,you_decide_that),5-tower,5-4,5-GH(warp),5-cannon,8-1,8-2(secret_way),8-7,8-ship,8-CASTLE}.

To the final level, obligatory go and finish with the mini-mushroom, is the only level that you can use a powerup. For that, in all the game, you only can enter in 1 red road house, and in that house (for example, the house of world 5), and you only can take 1 mini-mushroom in that house, no more. You need to beat ALL THE BOWSERS CASTLE WITH THE MINI-MUSHROOM powerup.f you lost the mini-mushroom in the last level, the run is completly invalided.

You need to finish the last level and worh that the game with only 1 live in the very end of the run, when you press the switcht of the Bowsers castle.

You cant take any star coin in all the run

As well as the powerups, you also cant use Yoshi in all the run
