After my dear ol' boy, @goldenONX pointed out to me that the previous time that I've submitted is actually slower than his WCG time by a whopping 0.01s, I've decided to come back to this track to change this glaring and unmistakable oversight.

Rule update regarding to the newest Widescreen Fix release
The most recent release of ThirteenAG's Widescreen Fix has been shown to have unfair advantages over an unmodified install. Therefore we decided to ban certain options in the .ini file to bypass the issues. Advantages range from different menuing speed, up to a 1.5 second faster transition from the
