Had this happening while not logged in, so I'm assuming its not just some bs settings I accidentally applied. If there's something I can do to fix it that would be good.

It's completely intentional.

To clarify, it's not all obsoleted runs (which you could've noticed by watching a little bit more carefully). I just changed a setting so that a glitchless run won't obsolete a glitched PB from the same runner, or the other way around. That way, a runner who has 2 PBs for the same category, one with glitches and one without, will have both appear on the leaderboard (which can be pretty important for categories with major glitches like Star Cup) without having to filter glitch usage manually. Note that it doesn't have any influence on the rankings, since only the best run of the two shows a rank on the leftmost column.

And iirc, it was a request from several people in the Discord, so we won't change that back. But unfortunately, I don't think there's anything you can do on your end to have it appear the way it was before :/
