I used a different strat this time from Ridd3r's run. You can superjump onto a different part of the edge of the balcony and side roll off the edge of the balcony down to the lower balcony. It looks really cool when you pull it off and it's also faster because you don't spend as much time getting to that part of the balcony.

I also optimized the beginning by jumping diagonally onto the railing instead of jumping past the railing and down onto the floor. Then, I just superjump from the railing up to the walkway on top.
