Impact at 31 seconds meets the definition of "landing" under the rules

Mod Edit: Sorry, maybe the rules should be written to be more specific. It's intended to mean that the craft should remain on the ground within the period of time immediately after first impact is made - not at some point "eventually" after impact. Since the craft bounces back up into the air after the impact, that doesn't count as a landing, but the parachute landing does.
