I don't where else to post this to but vice city is freezing randomly. I can tell when it will happen because of the unloaded textures. I doubt it is because of hardware but if anyone knows a fix it will be greatly appreciated.

Steam and converted with the JP converter

does it freeze for like 1 or 2 seconds

It freezes for about 10 seconds.

It's happening upon triggering a replay, which is usually dependant on hardware.

Maybe its also ur cpu if u have many programs open close some
