Things that were used:

• A marked ghost car to prevent lamp posts from having collision
• Claude's brother Blaude makes the second appearance. I gave him a rocket launcher, so I can stop him by aiming and molotovs as his main weapon
• A little jail out of marked coaches, so Blaude doesn't escape the docks

The main idea of this IL is that Blaude can attack while Claude is in a vehicle. As @SpuG3 pointed out it might be possible to use Blaude to trigger the rigged car bomb, but that's too boring and easy and I didn't test it. Another small idea that I had was to block both van's doors, so you teleport inside, but you'll have to make a wider turn in return. Didn't test it either.

No Blaudes were harmed in this video.
