Do you guys have any tips for someone who already played this game casual and want to do any% now?

i will do my first any% in few days . So my advice to another new runner would be watch WR run and few other, then watch gta 3 any% streams and simply start practicing. Its along nasty process but what can you do :)

GTA3 is one of those games that is very easy to learn by watching. The only exception(s) would be the dodo flying/landing and maybe duping. Try not to watch the WR run right off the bat, try watching some legacy runs like Adam's 1:16, the SDA run (1:11:57), and/or watch a lot of videos/streams of any%. And as always, practice, practice, practice.

I got the idea of no reset runs. So I could practice whole game. I chopped 25 minutes and have a pretty good Idea of what I need to do through whole game. Just work on passing each mission no deaths or getting busted, but if you do, develop back-up strats. So you can keep Rolling, and Learning All the Mission.
