I see a lot of people request games with only one level run, is this allowed

A single level would not meet requirement for "an overwhelming majority of the IL's", nor would it count as a full-game run.

Site staff knows what videos are submitted with game requests, you do not. As such, it makes little sense to report someone over what you assume they did.

It largely depends on the notes provided by the requester of a game.

If it’s something that is for a long game that is mainly IL focused, it’s fine. If it’s for a short game that really caters more towards full-game runs, the request is being rejected.

The thing is, you aren’t being banned if you do this, just reminded by staff that you need a full-game run in a rejection message. Nothing too major.

Besides, that’s kinda hard to keep track of, and the site already has more important issues to tackle, so it’d be a waste of time as well.

Site staff won't retroactively remove a game from the site once it's been added, even if it doesn't meet the game request rules. There is no need to report anyone.
