Added Contact Method To Make Game Request; Rejected Because No Contact Method?

I tried to make a game request, but wasn't allowed because I didn't have a contact method registed. So I registered a Twitter account. This allowed me to make the game request. This request was then rejected with the following message:

"Your game request of <redacted> has been rejected. Reason: Please add at least one more contact method to your profile. (such as Twitch, Discord etc.)"

Could someone please make clear the minimum contact requirements to submit a game request? I don't use Twitch or Discord, and would like to know what "etc." means (apparently it does not include Twitter)

You’re required to have two contacts on your account. So you were rejected originally for having none, then you were rejected again for needing one more.

Based on the runs you've done you have a YouTube. Add that.

And that's why you need to read the game request rules.

How exactly does one add a YouTube account? (I'm pretty sure the link under my avatar doesn't work)

@EmeraldAly Not sure if they changed the endpoint since you added the link, but it seems you need to use "/channel" and not "/user"

I just had a game submission rejected with the note saying "Please add at least one more contact to your profile (such as Twitch, Twitter, Discord ect.)", even though I had a game accepted last month with the exact same contacts I currently list. Did the rules change in the past month, or did I get away with one? https://www.speedrun.com/universal_thief

@hahhah42 Usually you need a contact like Twitch, Twitter or Discord because it is much easier to contact the person in those platforms. Messaging someone on YouTube or Steam is more problematic. You have a second contact method in the form of Newgrounds account; so I guess that is enough?

@Oreo321 I was just informed the rejection was a mistake (or at least, the reason for it was), so it seems I'm good for now.
