Can you just have everyone limit fps to 60 or will that not work?\

I have the PC and PS3 versions but I do not the differences between DC and normal. Would running DC change the speedrun much? What is different that is relevant?

I haven't used it because it runs fine on my PC as is, so curious if that may help with the frame issue. Really want to run it but don't want to buy a PS3/don't think a (purchasable) classic exists on PC.
