The god RNG happened on generation, incredible luck with both weapon drops literally in the first 5 minutes, also had found early ruins in map check.
Major mistakes were just bad judgement calls within the dungeon.
I think I'm done with Mage runs.
This run with this seed/generation was entirely possible in under 10mins.
