Unfortuately, a red light cycle is around 17 seconds long, so waiting on the screen before the mission will be a while. This will speed up your speedruns by around 15 - 18 seconds. This is for the runners who can't perform 'Early Speed'. Here are the cycles, there are 2 found so far.
